11 Months Old!

11 month old pictures are not so easy to take of a kid that's always on the move. Here's Annabel showing you that she's "So Big!" which is currently her favorite thing. She also loves speed crawling, pulling up on the furniture, accepting kisses from Sophie, and, if Mommy's not fast enough, playing in Sophie's dog bowls.

Annabel's feeling better but still has to do breathing treatments every 5 - 6 hours. She goes back to the doctor on Wednesday, so we're hoping that she'll be all better.

Another first!

Her first trip to the ER! And first X-ray! Annabel's doctor sent her to the hospital today after the breathing treatments she did in the office failed to stop her wheezing, elevated heart rate, and rapid breathing. Luckily, her Xrays were clear and her O2 levels were normal and they didn't need to admit her. We just have to give her breathing treatments every 4 hours, steroids, antibiotics, and see the doctor again tomorrow.

Extreme Makeover, Baby Edition

In addition to her big-girl haircut, today marks Annabel's first long-distance crawl. And she ate a bowl of big-people broccoli and chicken and some of it ended up in her stomach. Our baby's getting so big!

Hi Uncle Ev!

Uncle Evan stopped by all the way from Denver to play with me on New Year's Eve. I love you Uncle Ev!

Merry First Christmas!

I had the best time in Texas at Grandpa and Grandma B's new house. We shopped and ate a lot (Grandma is a wonderful cook). I had so much fun playing with everyone, especially Grandma and Grandpa B because I hadn't seen them in a little while. On Christmas Eve, we went to church, and my favorite part was the puppet show where a grumpy old puppet learned the true meaning of Christmas. And there was lots of singing, and I like that!

I had fun playing with Uncle Stu, and my Grandpas and Grandma! I didn't want to leave! I'll be back for more swinging with Grandpa.

The day after Christmas, I finally got my first tooth! All that drooling was worth it. I also got my first double ear infection :( but Mommy and Daddy say that I was a real trooper on the flight back!

Meeting John Michael

Early Monday morning, Grandpa W, Mommy and Daddy and I traveled to Texas to spend Christmas with Grandpa B, Grandma B, and Uncle Stu. Just a few hours after we got there, I met my new friend John Michael. He's 7 months old and lives in Austin with his mommy Mary Beth and his daddy Mike, and he has two teeth! We had a great time playing together and sharing toys.
