Caroline took her first plane flight ever on Friday 8/6. Both of the girls were pretty good on the plane - thanks to their bag of toys. The most popular items by far were the magnadoodles - parents get one (or more) for your plane ride with a toddler! We were up in the mountains by the afternoon to see Grandma and Grandpa. Uncle Stu, Uncle Evan, Aunt Shannon, Wyatt and Georgia joined us in the early evening. We unpacked and relaxed that night so we could get busy in the morning!
First, we hit the playground
Then we spent the afternoon at a BBQ festival - yummy! Later that evening, we packed a picnic and went to the lake. The girls played in the sandbox and on the playground with their cousins.
Then we went to a chilly outdoor jazz concert.
On Sunday, we went to an art festival in Frisco and then fellow Coloradans cousin Brooke, hubby Gary, and kids Kaitlin, Cambry, and Avery, and cousin Tanis came over for lunch and to play. It was great to see everyone again.
